What does the $75 site visit cover?
The site visit is the starting price for a maintenance assessment. Larger properties or more detailed scopes are quoted before we book, so there are no surprises.
Is this the same as a building inspection?
No. A maintenance visit is a practical, prioritised list for an owner. A pre-purchase inspection is a fuller condition report to NZS 4306 for buyers.
Can you recommend tradespeople?
We stay independent of repair work, so we don’t take referral fees. The report is written so any qualified tradesperson can price and complete the work.
How often should I get a maintenance check?
Many owners find an annual check useful, and landlords often book one between tenancies.
