How quickly will I get my report?
Reports are delivered digitally within 48 hours of the inspection. Meth testing results depend on laboratory turnaround, which we’ll confirm when you book.
Why does independence matter?
Inspeco has no financial tie to remediation work. We don’t fix, clean or install anything, so there’s no incentive to overstate — or understate — what we find.
Which standards do you report to?
Pre-purchase inspections are reported in line with NZS 4306. Healthy Homes reports assess the Healthy Homes Standards, and meth sampling follows NZS 8510:2017 with analysis by IANZ-accredited labs.
